• Cancellation Policy:
Event cancellations that occur with 30+ days’ notice incur no cancellation charges.
Event cancellations that occur within 14-29 days’ notice are billed at 10% of total event price.
Event cancellations that occur within 8-13 days’ notice are billed at 30% of total event price.
Event cancellations that occur within 3-7 days’ notice are billed at 50% of total event price.
Event cancellations that occur within 2 days or less notice are billed at 100% of total event price.
• DSU will initiate coordination of services upon receipt of the signed agreement and considered confirmed upon our email confirmation.
• Requests or cancellations received between the hours of 5:00 p.m. - 8:00 a.m. Central Time will be considered received at 8:00 a.m. the next business day.
• Incidental charges including parking, travel accommodations, etc.…are based on actual provider availability, proximity, and assignment scope and will be billed accordingly.
• Any invoice not paid within 30-days of receipt shall incur finance charges at 1.5% per month.

• Interpreting services are billed based on the event cost estimate provided to you. 

$160 / hour

• There is a 2-hour minimum per assignment. Services are billed in quarter-hour increments, thereafter. 
• For services requested with less than 24-hours’ notice, an Urgent Request Fee of $75 will be assessed per appointment, per provider. 
• Appointments scheduled after 5:00 p.m. Monday – Friday, and on Saturday and Sunday will be billed an additional $25 per hour, per service provider. 
• Appointments scheduled on Federal holidays will be billed an additional $50 per hour, per service provider. 
• Specialized captioning services (multilingual, security cleared) will be billed an additional $50 per hour, per service provider. 
• For on-site requests, round trip travel will be billed at the same hourly rate as CART services.
