I’ve worked as a freelance contractor with DSU (both in person and remotely) since 2019 and can say I have had no complaints! The system used to accept and close out jobs for payments is simple and quick and never have to be concerned that I won’t be paid on time. The staff is friendly, prompt, and always ready to help with whatever tech stuff I’m unable to complete online. They also have some contracts nationwide so I’ve also had the opportunity to travel to another state for two months and also pick up local work. Love the team!
DSU helped me find two amazing interpreters for a theatre performance on super short notice. My coordinator was Bailey, who was incredibly kind, helpful, and prompt! I was truly blown away by how positive and high quality my experience was. I'll definitely be coming back!
We have worked with DSU twice now and have been super impressed with their professionalism, skill and speed. Projects have been turned around extremely quickly and yet with great attention to detail. The video we received back, was styled to match the design of our video and the translator was extremely skillful at interpreting the often technical language of our speakers. Everything flows smoothly and the process is seamless.This year I wanted to leave a review for both my interpreters Vince and Mike. Vince and Mike were amazing! They were extremely helpful at the event and also so pleasant to talk to on the side. Our org was so happy to have them and work alongside them in making the event more accessible for staff. We will be excited to welcome them both back should scheduling allow.Also special kudos to our client success coordinator, Bailey. She was wonderful. Always very kind, professional, and prompt in her work and emails. Would work with her again happily.
Our office has been using services from Deaf Services Unlimited since March 2022. Their staff and costumer service is excellent. They work well with you to try and accommodate their interpreters according to your patients needs. Shelby Rosas was great in assisting me with scheduling an interpreter. Strongly recommend.

Great customer service with a staff that bends over backwards to accommodate requests. Excellent communication and willingness to make schedule changes when reasonable. Interpreters provided are friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with.
We had never used this service before last month. We had an ipad for the patient to interact with the interpreter once we made the connection on the link provided to us. The patient was very happy to get more detailed info from the doctor on the consultation instead of relying on a dry erase board or writing on a piece of paper. We have recommended this to other dental offices.
We hired Deaf Services Unlimited to provide an interpreter for a hearing-impaired family who was attending our open house. We provided a guide and the interpreter interacted with him and took the family on a tour of the school. Things could not have gone more smooth and the tour was a huge success. The interpreter was punctual and very adaptive to the situation, which required walking while signing as well as interacting with one of our students.
This whole experience was nothing short of 5-star service. I made an inquiry online for an urgent medical ASL interrupter. I worked with Danielle F and she went above and beyond to find an interrupter in a very short notice. She kept me updated the whole time. She was able to coordinate an interrupter who was phenomenal. Our patient was very impressed. I highly recommend DSU.

Deaf Services Unlimited is fantastic. We live in an area of the state where there are very few sign-language interpreters. DSU is always able to meet the needs of our students in an timely, professional manner. Scheduling is easy.
