• CUSTOMER AGREEMENT

  • General Terms

    • Cancellation Policy: Services that are canceled or changed less than 2-business days in advance (excluding holidays) of the start time of the appointment will be billed for the amount of time scheduled, or the service minimum, whichever is greater.
    • Services will be coordinated upon receipt of your request and are considered confirmed upon our email confirmation.
    • Requests or cancellations received between the hours of 5:00 p.m. - 8:00 a.m. Central Time will be considered received at 8:00 a.m. the next business day.
    • Pricing for post-production services, conferences, and conventions is determined through a tailored, individualized approach for each unique situation.
    • Any invoice not paid within 30-days of receipt shall incur finance charges at 1.5% per month.
    • Rates subject to change with 30-days’ notice.
  • On-site Interpreting

    Rates and Terms
  • $130/ hour

    • There is a 2-hour minimum per appointment, per interpreter. Services are billed in quarter-hour increments, thereafter. Rates above are for appointments scheduled between 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
    • Hourly rates for on-site interpreting are charged per interpreter. Please be aware that specific durations or types of requests may necessitate the involvement of a team of interpreters.
    • Appointments scheduled between the hours of 5:00 p.m. - 8:00 a.m. Monday – Friday and on Saturday and Sunday will be billed an additional $25 per hour, per interpreter.
    • Appointments scheduled on Federal holidays will be billed an additional $75 per hour, per interpreter.
    • Legal, specialized, or security cleared interpreting services will be billed an additional $75 per hour, per interpreter.
    • Roundtrip travel, when necessary, will be quoted on a case by case basis and will be billed at the same hourly rate as interpreting services.
    • For services requested with less than 24-hours’ notice, an Urgent Request Fee of $100 will be assessed per appointment, per interpreter.
  • Video Remote Interpreting

    Rates and Terms
  • $3.35/ minute

    • There is a 30-minute minimum per appointment, per interpreter.
    • Specialized interpreting services (legal, STEM, CDI, security cleared) will be billed an additional $1/minute.
    • Same day requests for services will be billed an additional $1.50/minute.
    • Appointments scheduled between the hours of 5:00 p.m. - 8:00 a.m. Monday – Friday, on Saturday and Sunday, or on Federal Holidays will be billed an additional $1/minute.
  • CART Captioning Services

  • $160/ hour 

    • There is a 2-hour minimum per assignment. Services are billed in quarter-hour increments, thereafter.
    • For services requested with less than 24-hours’ notice, an Urgent Request Fe e of $100 will be assessed per appointment, per provider.
    • Appointments scheduled after 5:00 p.m. Monday – Friday, and on Saturday and Sunday will be billed an additional $25 per hour, per service provider.
    • Appointments scheduled on Federal holidays will be billed an additional $75 per hour, per service provider.
    • Specialized captioning services (multilingual, security cleared) will be billed an additional $75 per hour, per service provider.
    • For on-site requests, round trip travel will be billed at the same hourly rate as CART services.
  • Performing Arts, Stage Events, Concerts, Ceremonies

  • $205/ hour

    • Customer provides scripts, set lists, program, lyrics or any other materials as much in advance as possible.
    • A minimum of 2 interpreters will be required. Depending on the length and complexity of the performance, additional interpreters may be necessary.
    • Customer provides interpreters access to a rehearsal or alternate performance as part of the preparation for the interpreted event.
    • Customer will designate interpreter placement conducive to industry standards. This includes ADA compliance to reasonable accommodations as it pertains to communication access, stage alignment and visual field, seating in all price ranges, etc.)
    • Interpreters will arrive to the event one hour in advance of the start time to conduct a light check with the house production crew. Customers will be billed for the entirety of the time the interpreters are on premise.
    • If local interpreting resources are not available, travel charges may be billed in addition to standard rates.
    • Incidental charges including parking, ticketed admission, etc., will be billed accordingly.
    • For services requested with less than 10-business days' notice, an Urgent Request Fee of $100 will be assessed per event, per interpreter.
